Lace Retrofit Program

The Lace Retrofit Program allows current Luna customers to upgrade their sandals to match the innovations found in our newest models without having to purchase an entirely new pair.

Important info about processing your retrofit request:

• You must send your sandals and laces back to us in order for us to complete the retrofit.
• All sandals using elasticized laces can be upgraded to this new system.
• The price for the Lace Retrofit Program is $20 per pair of sandals.

About the Elasticized Lace Attachment System (ELAS):

The Elasticized Lace Attachment System eliminates the wear on the lace at the toe hole, makes our sandals completely flat underfoot, is still interchangeable with traditional laces, looks much cleaner, and uses a strong flexible ribbon between the toes.

A flat plug is countersunk into the bottom of the sandal, making it completely level with the bottom of the sandal. The ribbon between the toes allows for even the narrowest toe gaps to be comfortable, eliminating the need to use a narrower lace.
